Methods for analysis of functionals on Gaussian self similar processes [PDF]
Many engineering and scientific applications necessitate the estimation of statistics of various functionals on stochastic processes. In Chapter 2, Norros et al’s Girsanov theorem for fBm is reviewed and extended to allow for non-unit volatility. We then

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Elementary Fractal Geometry 7: An Algorithm Visualizing the Magnification Flow
Self-similar sets are defined as compact attractors. Their interior structure, however, is revealed only by successive magnification. This requires the use of a computer.

On self-similar axion-dilaton configurations
We explore self-similar collapse solutions to the Einstein-axion-dilaton system in arbitrary spacetime dimensions, which are invariant under spacetime dilation combined with internal SL(2, ℝ) transformations.

Local Geometry of Self-similar Sets: Typical Balls, Tangent Measures and Asymptotic Spectra
We analyse the local geometric structure of self-similar sets with open set condition through the study of the properties of a distinguished family of spherical neighbourhoods, the typical balls.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...
