Emapalumab for Immune Effector Cell‐Associated Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis‐Like Syndrome Following CD19‐Directed CAR‐T in Two Patients With B‐ALL: Clinical and Biomarker Correlates

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Immune effector cell‐associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis‐like syndrome (IEC‐HS) is a life‐threatening hyperinflammatory toxicity distinct from cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurotoxicity following chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell (CAR‐T) therapy. Dietary Protein Intake and Peritoneal Protein Losses in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
