Bridging Chemical Literature and Molecular Graphs: LLM‐Augmented Enantioselectivity Prediction for Iridium‐Catalyzed Asymmetric C–H Borylation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A machine‐learning framework for asymmetric C–H borylation bridges multi‐entity 3D molecular graphs and chemical literature. Atom‐resolved mechanistic annotations extracted by large language models augment three‐component graph encoding of catalyst, substrate, and product. The model predicts enantioselectivity with high accuracy on unseen scaffolds and

Mechanism‐Informed Language Modeling and Oxygenated 3D Screening Identify Berberine–Enzalutamide Synergy in Prostate Cancer Models

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
By integrating knowledge‐augmented artificial intelligence with an oxygen‐supplemented 3D screening platform, a synergistic interaction between berberine and enzalutamide is identified. The framework integrates compound mechanisms of action with disease‐relevant signaling context to prioritize candidate combinations and generate testable pathway‐based ...

An Algorithm for Semantic Coordination

open access: yes, 2003
The problem of finding an agreement on the meaning of heterogeneous semantic models is one of the key issues in the development of the Semantic Web. In this paper, we propose (i) a general algorithm which implements a new approach, called CTXMATCH, for ...

Hardware‐Native Gaussian Sampling With Probabilistic Ising Machines for Modern Communication Paradigms

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Probabilistic Ising machines are introduced as hardware‐native Gaussian samplers for edge communication workloads. Tunable variance and sampling density enable accurate distributions for Falcon‐class post‐quantum signatures and diffusion‐based semantic communication.

Pseudo‐Haptic Feedback: Multi‐Modal Approaches to Stiffness Perception and User Experience

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Can visual deformation substitute for physical haptic feedback? In immersive VR, deformation‐based pseudo‐haptics enables stiffness discrimination comparable to wearable force feedback, while their combination yields the highest performance and presence without increasing workload.

Spatiotemporal Computational Meta‐Imager for Broadband Dual‐Layer Optical Convolution

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A single‐layer polarization‐multiplexed meta‐imager achieves factorized dual‐layer broadband convolution via spatiotemporal kernel decomposition. Fixed Bessel‐vortex bases and time‐sequential liquid‐crystal modulation deliver tunable signed weights and in‐situ fabrication‐error compensation. Experiments verify improved classification performance across

From Artificial to Embodied and Physical Intelligence in Smart Manufacturing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Smart manufacturing is reframed through complementary artificial, embodied, and physical intelligence, spanning computational reasoning, perception‐action coupling, and material‐level adaptation. Their integration across design, fabrication, operation, and maintenance reveals how intelligence can be co‐designed across algorithms, embodied agents, and ...

Highly Linear Perovskite Synapses for Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Voltage spikes applied to an Au/ACI‐phase perovskite/ITO memristor emulate the ionic signaling of a biological synapse, generating a tunable postsynaptic current. The vertically aligned perovskite film confines iodide‐vacancy migration, enabling highly linear, and symmetric conductance updates with 100 states and 5.5 aJ per event. Such synapses sustain
