Intensification of Maize-Legume Based Systems in the Semi-Arid Areas of Tanzania [PDF]
This dataset is from the research study that aims to diversify the production environment to de-risk production in these semi-arid ecologies. In this study, two approaches were used , i.e.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Detecting circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in blood before surgery may help predict outcomes in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Here, we show when combined with tumor size and lymph node involvement from routine imaging, CTC status identifies high‐risk patients with poorer survival—offering a simple, minimally invasive tool ...

In this study, the generalized formula of the Hirota–Satsuma coupled KdV equation derived by Hirota and Satsuma in 1981 [Hirota and Satsuma, Phys. Lett. A 85, 407−408 (1981)] is analytically and semi-analytically investigated. This model is formulated to

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Derivation and characterization of retinal pigment epithelium from urine‐derived iPSCs
Age‐related macular degeneration causes vision loss via RPE dysfunction and loss. Traditional iPSC therapies rely on invasive biopsies, limiting scalability. Here, we utilize urine‐derived stem cells as an accessible source to generate u‐iPSCs, successfully differentiated into pigmented RPE. This “Urine‐to‐Retina” platform provides a promising path for

Semi-Analytical Option Pricing Under Double Heston Jump-Diffusion Hybrid Model
We examine European call options in the jump-diffusion version of the Double Heston stochastic volatility model for the underlying price process to provide a more flexible model for the term structure of volatility.

A semi-analytical approach for the reversible Schnakenberg reaction-diffusion system
This paper discusses how a semi-analytical approach can be used alongside the reversible Schnakenberg model in a reaction-diffusion cell. It is worth noting that semi-analytical techniques are aligned to the Galerkin method, which offers an approximation
