Coherent and Incoherent Neutral Current Scattering for Supernova Detection
The total cross sections as well as the neutrino event rates are calculated in the neutral current neutrino scattering off 40Ar and 132Xe isotopes at neutrino energies (Ev < 100 MeV). The individual contribution coming from coherent and incoherent channels is taking into account.

A new approach to semi-leptonic tags in $B$-meson semi-invisible decays
Kinematic variables designed for pairwise decays to partly undetected final states -- a prominent example being $M_{T2}$ and its Lorentz-invariant version $M_2$-- have been extensively deployed in high-$p_T$ collider searches.

Leptonic meson decays into invisible ALP [PDF]
The theoretical calculation of pseudo–scalar leptonic decay widths into an invisible ALP, M→ℓνℓa, is reviewed. Assuming generic flavor–conserving ALP couplings to SM fermions and a generic ALP mass, ma, the latest experimental results for pseudo–scalar ...

Towards the precision measurement of CP violation in B → D * μν decays at LHCb
Measurement of CP-violating observables in semileptonic decays is a sensitive null-test of the Standard Model: any CP violation would be an unambiguous sign of New Physics effects.

Effective lifetime measurements in the B-s(0) -> K+K-, B-0 -> K+pi(-) and B-s(0) -> pi K-+(-) decays [PDF]
Measurements of the effective lifetimes in the View the MathML source, B0→K+π− and View the MathML source decays are presented using 1.0 fb−1 of pp collision data collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV by the LHCb experiment. The analysis uses a

Composition of the inclusive semi-leptonic decay of $B$ meson
Utilizing the approach recently proposed for the inclusive semi-leptonic decay rate on the lattice, we compute the differential decay rate of a $B_s$ meson for various kinematical channels. The results are compared with the contributions from the ground states (D and D^*) as well as from the orbitally excited states (D^**'s).

Progress on semi-leptonic B(s) decays [PDF]
We report on the current status of semi-leptonic B(s) decays, including rare decays, and the extraction of the absolute values of the CKM matrix elements |Vcb| and |Vub|.

Leptoquarks with masses between 2 TeV and 50 TeV are commonly invoked to explain deviations between data and Standard-Model (SM) predictions of several observables in the decays b → cτ ν ¯ $$ b\to c\tau \overline{\nu} $$ and b → sℓ + ℓ − with ℓ = e, μ ...

Revisiting Minimal Lepton Flavour Violation in the light of leptonic CP violation
The Minimal Lepton Flavour Violation (MLFV) framework is discussed after the recent indication for CP violation in the leptonic sector. Among the three distinct versions of MLFV, the one with degenerate right-handed neutrinos will be disfavoured, if this

CP violation in Semi-Leptonic τ decays
We study CP violation in semi-leptonic $τ$ decays and we determine the conditions necessary to be able to define a observable CP asymmetry. We apply these conditions in both models, the standard model for the electroweak interactions and its supersymmetric extensions.
