i-Open Sets and Separating Axioms Spaces [PDF]

open access: yesمجلة التربية والعلم, 2018
The purpose of this paper is using a class of open sets called i-open sets [9] to study some classes of separating axioms spaces for open,  -open and semi-open sets. Further, we studied the relations between such spaces.

The human gut microbiome across the life course

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.

On Soft Semi-Open Sets and Soft Semi-Continuity in Fuzzifying Soft Topological Spaces [PDF]

open access: yesEurasian Journal of Science and Engineering, 2018
In this paper, a new class of soft open sets in fuzzifying soft topological spaces called soft semi open sets is introduced and its fuzzifying soft topological properties is studied and investigated.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Semi separation axioms and hyperspaces

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1981
In this paper examples are given to show that s-regular and s-normal are independent; that s-normal, and s-regular are not semi topological properties; and that (S(X),E(X)) need not be semi-T1 even if (X,T) is compact, s-normal, s-regular, semi-T2, and ...

Ϣ-Semi-p Open Set

open access: yesIbn Al-Haitham Journal for Pure and Applied Sciences, 2023
Csaszar introduced the concept of generalized topological space and a new open set in a generalized topological space called -preopen in 2002 and 2005, respectively. Definitions of -preinterior and -preclosuer were given.

An unexpected alternative viologen electron mediator site in tungsten‐containing formate dehydrogenase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

On ƞǤ_Ş-Compactness

open access: yesIbn Al-Haitham Journal for Pure and Applied Sciences
Open sets may be viewed as an extension of semi-open sets by applying the notions of semi-open sets and grill nano to nGs-open sets, with the following four goals in mind: The objective is to characterize nGs-open sets by examining and proving numerous ...

On semi-Hs-open sets in hereditary generalized topological spaces

open access: yes, 2014
In this paper, we define a new class of set called semi-Hs-open sets and semi-Hs-continuous in hereditary generalized topological spaces. Also, we obtain new two decompositions of semi-Hs-continuous in hereditary generalized topological spaces and ...

Modelling stem cell differentiation related processes—A practical overview for biologists

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Stem cell differentiation is complex and difficult to control experimentally. This review introduces suitable computational modelling approaches that can support stem cell research, from mechanistic ODE and abstract models to multiscale and deep learning methods.
