Covering games using semi-open sets
In this paper, we prove the following Theorems 1. An extremally disconnected space $X$ has the semi-Menger property if and only if One does not have a winning strategy in the game $G_{fin}(sO,sO)$. 2. An extremally disconnected space $X$ has the semi-Rothberger property if and only if One does not have a winning strategy in the game $G_1(sO,sO)$.

On some new maximal and minimal sets via θ-open sets.
Nakaoka and Oda ([1] and [2]) introduced the notion of maximal open sets and minimal closed sets in topological spaces. In this paper, we introduce new classes of sets called maximal θ-open sets, minimal θ-closed sets, θ-semi maximal open and θ-semi ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Semi-h-Open Sets and Semi-h-Continuity in Topological Spaces
In this study, we generalized two known open sets called semi-open and h-open sets to find a new type called semi-h-open set in topological space We have presented the relationship of several famous open sets to this set.

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Derivation and characterization of retinal pigment epithelium from urine‐derived iPSCs
Age‐related macular degeneration causes vision loss via RPE dysfunction and loss. Traditional iPSC therapies rely on invasive biopsies, limiting scalability. Here, we utilize urine‐derived stem cells as an accessible source to generate u‐iPSCs, successfully differentiated into pigmented RPE. This “Urine‐to‐Retina” platform provides a promising path for

The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Le vie della mimesis tra teatro e musica in Jean-Jacques Rousseau: storia di un apparente paradosso
Theatre and opera in Rousseau’s works deserve radically different treatments. Although the citoyen de Génève recognizes interest and imitation as common principles to both forms of art, the nature of theatrical and musical imitation sets them apart.

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...
