Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Proper Semi-Slant Pseudo-Riemannian Submersions in Para-Kaehler Geometry
In this paper, we examine the proper semi-slant pseudo-Riemannian submersions in para-Kaehler geometry and prove some fundamental results on such submersions. In particular we obtain curvature relations in para-Kaehler space forms. Moreover, we provide examples of proper semi-slant pseudo-Riemannian submersions.

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

Trivial Homology Groups of Warped Product Semi-Slant Submanifolds in Kenmotsu Space Forms
This paper investigates the relationship between homology groups and warped product semi-slant submanifolds in Kenmotsu space forms. Some rigidity theorems for vanishing homology groups on warped product semi-slant submanifolds are obtained using the ...

Estimation of inequalities for warped product semi-slant submanifolds of Kenmotsu space forms
In this paper, we construct the geometric inequalities for the squared norm of the mean curvature and warping functions of warped product semi-slant submanifolds in Kenmotsu space forms. The equality cases are also discussed.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

In this article, we study the Ricci soliton on quaternion bi-slant submanifolds of quaternion Kaehler manifolds. We obtain a lower-bound-type inequality in terms of expanding gradient Ricci solitons with a gradient-type vector field for the quaternion bi-

On the coupled unsaturated–saturated flow process induced by vertical, horizontal, and slant wells in unconfined aquifers [PDF]
Conventional models of pumping tests in unconfined aquifers often neglect the unsaturated flow process. This study concerns the coupled unsaturated–saturated flow process induced by vertical, horizontal, and slant wells positioned in an unconfined ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...
