We reveal that ZmRLR1, a plasma membrane b‐type cytochrome, regulates lodging resistance in maize through dual roles: modulating intracellular redox balance and functioning as a novel component of clathrin‐mediated endocytosis to influence auxin homeostasis. Inactivation Rap2a in Endothelial Cell Prevents Pulmonary Fibrosis by Regulating Immune Microenvironment Through MAP4K4‐VCAM1 Signaling

We identified the endothelial RAP2A as a regulator of inflammatory endothelial activation in experimental lung fibrosis and suggest that targeting RAP2A‐mediated signaling may represent a potential strategy to modulate endothelial–immune crosstalk during fibrotic lung injury.

NIPAL1 Drives a Metabolic‐Epigenetic Feedback Loop to Promote Lactate‐Mediated Immune Evasion in Esophageal Cancer

The study identifies a NIPAL1‐driven metabolic‐epigenetic circuit in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that promotes glycolysis, lactate accumulation, and H3K18 histone lactylation, forming a self‐sustaining loop that suppresses CD8+ T cell immunity.
