Consistent with current thinking a building developer with his architect presented plans for a senior housing development to a group of senior citizens to obtain their approval. The group was so critical of the plans, their recommendations made such sense that the original plans were scrapped. A Housing Conference sought their recommendations.

Generalization of the concepts of seniority number and ionicity
