A Caputo fractional-order SEIHRD model for Ebola: theoretical analysis, sensitivity, bifurcation, and numerical simulations [PDF]
This study develops and analyzes a Caputo fractional-order SEIHRD model to investigate the transmission dynamics and control of Ebola virus disease. The model ensures positivity, boundedness, and invariance of feasible regions for all solutions. Rigorous

We study a perturbed coupled system of generalized hybrid pantograph equations involving the deformable derivative of Zulfeqarr–Ujlayan–Ahuja. A central point of the revision is made explicit: for classically differentiable functions this derivative is ...

Chaotic behavior of fractional HIV-1 model involving AIDS related cancer cells [PDF]
AIDS-related cancers are a major complication in HIV-infected individuals, driven by chronic immune suppression and viral oncogenesis. To better understand the dynamic interplay among healthy cells, HIV-infected cells, and cancer cells, this study ...

Mathematical model analysis of drug resistance TB dynamics with immigrants and impact of media efficiency [PDF]
Tuberculosis (TB) is a deadly and contagious disease that can be found all over the world. The purpose of this research is to analyze the dynamics of drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) involving infected individuals and media efficacy.

Fractional order modeling of hepatitis C transmission dynamics with physics-informed neural network solutions [PDF]
This study develops a fractional-order mathematical model for Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) transmission using a six-compartment framework and the Caputo–Fabrizio derivative.

The role of asymptomatic cattle for leptospirosis dynamics in a herd with imperfect vaccination [PDF]
Leptospirosis is an emerging zoonotic disease with high health and economic damage. In this study, we developed a deterministic mathematical model that describes the dynamics of leptospirosis transmission within a cattle herd, incorporating asymptomatic ...

Well-posedness, stability and sensitivities for stochastic delay equations: A generalized coupling approach [PDF]
We develop a new generalized coupling approach to the study of stochastic delay equations with Hölder continuous coefficients, for which analytical PDE-based methods are not available. We prove that such equations possess unique weak solutions, and establish weak ergodic rates for the corresponding segment processes.

Mathematical analysis and numerical simulation of co-infection of TB-HIV
In this article, we consider the model having co-infection of TB and HIV for numerical analysis and modelling. For this purpose, used non-standard finite difference scheme with Mickens approach rather than h to control this disease.

Mathematical Modeling and Analysis of TB and COVID-19 Coinfection
Tuberculosis (TB) and coronavirus (COVID-19) are both infectious diseases that globally continue affecting millions of people every year. They have similar symptoms such as cough, fever, and difficulty breathing but differ in incubation periods.
