Uncovering G Protein‐Coupled Receptors: Novel Targets and Biomarkers for Predicting Glioma Prognosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Low‐grade gliomas (LGG) exhibit significant heterogeneity and recurrence risk. G protein‐coupled receptors (GPCR) contribute to glioma malignant progression, but their prognostic value remains unclear. This work attempts to formulate a GPCR‐based outcome‐predicting model for LGG. Methods Based on TCGA LGG data, the enrichment scores

METODE KALIBRASI SENSOR RATE-GYROSCOPE UNTUK IMU ROKET [CALIBRATION METHOD OF RATE-GYROSCOPE SENSOR FOR IMU ROCKET]

open access: yes, 2012
Rate-gyroscope sensor is used in the IMU to measure the rotation angle in three axes. The output of rate-gyroscope sensor is a voltage which is the angular rate, so to obtain the angle used once an integral process.

A Two‐Stage Questionnaire and Actigraphy Screening for iRBD in a Multicenter Retrospective Cohort

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Isolated rapid‐eye‐movement sleep behavior disorder is a prodromal marker of synucleinopathies. However, most cases remain undiagnosed due to the insufficient predictive value of questionnaires and limited access to confirmatory video‐polysomnography. We assessed a two‐stage screening strategy combining a brief questionnaire on rapid‐

Integrating Time‐Adjusted Imaging Instability Into Functional Outcome Prediction After Intracerebral Hemorrhage: Development and Validation of the HAGIV Score

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Early risk stratification may support clinical decision‐making in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). We aimed to develop and internally validate HAGIV, a score integrating frequency of imaging markers (FIM), a time‐adjusted non‐contrast computed tomography (CT) metric of hematoma expansion, with established predictors for 90‐

On the Accuracy of Factory-Calibrated Low-Cost Soil Water Content Sensors

open access: yesSensors, 2019
Soil water content (SWC) monitoring is often used to optimize agricultural irrigation. Commonly, capacitance sensors are used for this task. However, the factory calibrations have been often criticized for their limited accuracy. The aim of this paper is

Experimental Evaluation of 100Cr6 Steel Microindented Surfaces Under Lubricated Nonconformal Point Contacts

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
The tribological behavior of 100Cr6 steel spheres textured via Vickers microindentation is evaluated under lubricated sliding by varying both dimple size and density. Fine and dense textures significantly reduce friction across all lubrication regimes, while large dimples increase it.

An Ultra-Low-Power High-Precision Temperature Sensor Using Nonlinear Calibration with an Inaccuracy of +0.6/−1 °C from −30 °C to 90 °C for RFID Applications

open access: yesSensors
This paper proposes a three-point nonlinear calibration scheme for an ultra-low-power, high-precision temperature sensor to address the issue where the temperature error of a 0.8 μW sensor exceeds ±1 °C in RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification ...
