Sentence comprehension of aphasics in the sentence verification task.
従来の研究から文照合法における文理解の過程として,(1) 文の解読,(2) 絵の解読,(3) ,(1) と (2) の比較,(4) 応答,の4段階が報告されている.本研究では文照合法と場面作成法とを用いて,失語症者の文照合法における文理解障害がどの段階で生じているのかを検討した.対象は失語症者26名であり,課題文は行為者—対象関係を含む能動文であった. 実験の結果,文照合法で文を理解できなかった者には,場面作成法で文を理解できなかった者とできた者とが認められた.場面作成法が文照合法の (1) (2) 段階についての情報を収集すると思われることから,この結果は,文照合法において文理解障害を示す失語症者の中には,解読の段階 ( (1) (2) 段階) に既に障害が認められる者と,比較・応答段階 (
