Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Molecular Epidemiology of Infectious Bursal Disease Virus in Mizoram during 2021–2022
The study was conducted during the tenure period January, 2021–March, 2022 from different regions of Mizoram where outbreaks suspected to be IBDV were screened by agar gel precipitation test (AGPT) for molecular characterization of circulating ...

nCk sequences and their difference sequences
A nCk sequence is a sequence of n-bit numbers with k bits set. Given such a sequence C, the difference sequence D of C is subject to certain regularities that make it possible to generate D in 2|C| time, and, hence, to generate C in 3|C| time.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Yeni Nesil Dizileme (YND) Hakkında Bilinenler (Literatür Taraması)
Yeni Nesil Dizileme (YND) yönteminin temeli DNA’nın enzimatik reaksiyonlarla kesilerek çok sayıda DNA parçasıyla bir kütüphane oluşturulması ve kütüphaneyi oluşturan DNA parçalarının çoğaltılmasına dayanmaktadır. OMIM istatistiklerine göre günümüzde 6000’

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Mutations in the P53 Tumor Suppressor Gene in Colorectal Cancer in Taiwan
Mutations in the tumor suppressor gene p53 have been reported as occurring prevalently in a wide range of human tumors. Detection of a mutated p53 is thought to provide useful information for the clinical management of colorectal neoplasm. In this study,

Modulation of Homer1 EVH1 domain internal dynamics by putative autism‐associated mutations
The putative autism‐associated M65I and S97L variants of the EVH1 domain of the postsynaptic scaffold protein Homer1 do not exhibit substantial changes in their overall structure or partner binding. Both of them, but especially the M65I variant, show altered internal dynamics relative to the wild‐type domain on the μs‐ms timescale, indicated by the ...
