On vector-valued sequence spaces

open access: yes, 1994
In this paper we investigate the topological properties of vector valued sequence spaces. After an introduction of normal Banach sequence spaces λ we consider the vector valued sequence spaces $λ (E),E$ a locally convex Hausdorff space and we prove some ...

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

New Sequence Spaces and Function Spaces on Interval [0,1] [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We study the sequence spaces and the spaces of functions defined on interval 0,1 in this paper. By a new summation method of sequences, we find out some new sequence spaces that are interpolating into spaces between ℓp and ℓq and function spaces that are

Differential expression of cancer‐related genes supports prediction of poor response to first‐line treatments in T‐ALL pediatric patients with high minimal residual disease

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Riesz angles of Orlicz sequence spaces [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
summary:We introduce some practical calculation of the Riesz angles in Orlicz sequence spaces equipped with Luxemburg norm and Orlicz norm. For an $N$-function $\Phi(u)$ whose index function is monotonous, the exact value $a(l^{(\Phi)})$ of the Orlicz ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Generalized Difference Sequence Spaces Defined by Orlicz Functions

open access: yes, 2015
[[abstract]]The idea of difference sequence spaces was introduced by Kizmaz [1] and then this subject has been studied and generalized by various mathematicians.

Maximal spaceability in sequence spaces

open access: yes, 2012
In this paper we introduce a new technique to prove the existence of closed subspaces of maximal dimension inside sets of topological vector sequence spaces.

Cell‐cycle‐specific lesion evolution rather than inhibition of double‐strand‐break repair underpins cisplatin radiosensitization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Optimal recovery of operators in sequence spaces

open access: yesResearches in Mathematics
In this paper we solve the problem of optimal recovery of the operator $A_\alpha x= (\alpha_1x_1,\alpha_2x_2,\ldots)$ on the class $W^T_q = \{(t_1h_1,t_2h_2,\ldots)\,:\,\|h\|_{\ell_q}\le 1\}$, where $1\le q < \infty$ and $t_1\ge t_2\ge \ldots \ge 0$, and
