Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Global Sampling for Sequential Filtering over Discrete State Space
In many situations, there is a need to approximate a sequence of probability measures over a growing product of finite spaces. Whereas it is in general possible to determine analytic expressions for these probability measures, the number of computations

Compacity in narrow limit tower spaces
We introduce a limit tower structure on the space of all bounded Radon measures on a completely regular space and we extend the Prohorov's theorem of narrow compactness.

The ubiquitin‐proteasome system and autophagy as guardians of the cellular proteome
This Perspective covers the three principles governing the crosstalk between the ubiquitin‐proteasome system and autophagy in cellular proteostasis: (1) a shared ubiquitin code routing substrates via shuttle factors or autophagy receptors; (2) spatial compartmentalization into phase‐separated degradation hubs and organelle‐specific modules (exemplified

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

Sequentially Hausdorff and full sequentially Hausdorff spaces
Summary: In this paper, we define the notions of sequentially Hausdorff Space and full sequentially Hausdorff space. Also we give the relationships between these notions and Hausdorffness.

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

Selective State-Space Models with Adaptive Collaborative Awareness for Sequential Recommendation
Sequential recommendation systems face challenges in integrating local sequential patterns with global collaborative information. While Transformers capture long-term dependencies through self-attention, they suffer from quadratic complexity. State-space

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.
