Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

The goal of this work is to demonstrate some fixed-point theorems for JS-contractions over sequential G-metric spaces that are not necessarily continuous in any variable and do not enjoy the triangle inequality.

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

On p-sequential p-compact spaces [PDF]
summary:It is shown that a space $X$ is $L({}^{\mu }p)$-Weakly Fréchet-Urysohn for $p\in \omega ^{\ast }$ iff it is $L({}^{\nu }p)$-Weakly Fréchet-Urysohn for arbitrary $\mu ,\nu

Sequential compactness versus pseudo-radiality in compact spaces
Strengthening a result of Šapirovskiǐ we prove that if 2ω⩽ω2 then sequential compactness implies pseudo-radiality in compact T2 spaces, moreover we show that the failure of this implication is consistent with 2ω = ω3.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐
