The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of temperature on glucose levels produced during the process of hydrolysis of pineapple leaves using 0.5M of sulfuric acid catalyst. The temperature used in the hydrolysis process is 30 °C and 120 °C while the time variation used for the determination of glucose is 0.15,45,75,105,135 minutes.
