Of the total global fiber production of 50,88 million tones, according to annual report available for the year 2007 natural fiber contributed about 57%. Al-Kimia, 2018 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of temperature on glucose levels produced during the process of hydrolysis of pineapple leaves using 0.5M of sulfuric acid catalyst. The temperature used in the hydrolysis process is 30 °C and 120 °C while the time variation used for the determination of glucose is 0.15,45,75,105,135 minutes.
