Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Eleventh Graders Explore Solution to the World Series Problem
Romina, Ankur, Brian, Jeff and Michael are eleventh graders collaborating on the World Series Problem. The problem requires that in order for a team to win the “World Series” a team must win at least four, and at most, seven games.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Computing N-dimensional polytrope via power series
Polytropic equations (Lane–Emden [LE] equations) are valuable because they offer a simple explanation for a star’s interior structure, interstellar matter, molecular clouds, and even spiral arms that can be calculated and used to estimate various ...

Analytical and Numerical Investigation for the Inhomogeneous Pantograph Equation
This paper investigates the inhomogeneous version of the pantograph equation. The current model includes the exponential function as the inhomogeneous part of the pantograph equation.

Computing second-order-accurate solutions for rational expectation models using linear solution methods [PDF]
This paper shows how to compute a second-order accurate solution of a non-linear rational expectation model using algorithms developed for the solution of linear rational expectation models.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Modified finite-difference approximations near the singularitiy in the problem of motz
A simple, modified finite-difference method is described for solving Laplace's equation with boundary singularities of the infinite derivative type. Modified approximations for the derivatives of the Laplacian equation are employed near the singularity ...
