Is It an Intrapericardial Mass or a Localized Pericardial Effusion? A Case Report of Tuberculous Pericarditis Evaluated by Multimodal Imaging

Tuberculous pericarditis is a common type of pericarditis, but it is difficult to be diagnosed. The application of combined transesophageal echocardiography, contrast echocardiography, and CT multimodal imaging provides sufficient clinical diagnosis basis and guidance for distinguishing encapsulated pericardial effusion or mass.

Prognostic Factors for Complications Following Ultrasound‐Guided Percutaneous Kidney Biopsy: A 7‐Year Retrospective Study

The co‐occurrence of social adversities in early adolescence and their relationship to cognitive outcomes later in development

Using latent profile analysis, we investigated the co‐occurrence of adverse experiences in two UK cohorts (UKHLS and ALSPAC, total N > 15,000). We identified four profiles in both cohorts: low adversity, peer difficulties, sibling bullying, and poly‐adversity. 17%–22% of participants reported experiencing several social adversities.
