We report on a 20-year-old man with a left testicular mass clinically believed to be a malignant neoplasm but subsequently identified as a large-cell calcifying Sertoli cell tumor. This is a rare form of Sertoli cell tumor with unique clinical and pathological features only recently described in the literature.
