A novel engineering strategy that establishes material design principles for incorporating anti‐inflammatory steroids into lipid nanoparticles to reduce LNP‐induced inflammation while retaining mRNA delivery. Self‐Assembling Copolymers Encapsulating Single Endothelial Cells Induce Endogenous ECM Deposition and Vascular Regeneration

This study presents the first demonstration of stable sub‐50‐micron single‐cell GPM vesicles fabricated through the intrinsic self‐assembly of an amphiphilic copolymer. Hierarchical assembly of cell containing GPM vesicles into microspheres enable tunable, sustained cell delivery with immune protection.
