VARIATIONS OF SERUM MAGNESIUM IN VARIOUS DISEASES
臨床医学におけるMg代謝の研究も,近年少しづつ報告がみられるようになつたが,著者は臨床的にMg代謝障害の手掛りをうる目的で,過去5年間,諸疾患患者380例の血清Mgを測定した.心・腎疾患,悪性腫瘍に異常高値を示すものがあり,殊に高窒素血症を有する腎疾患,胃・肝・胆道癌の血清Mgは平均値においても正常より明らかに高く,腹水を有する肝硬変症,糖尿病患者の平均値は正常より明らかに低く,原発性アルドステロン症でも異常低値を示すものがあつた.心・腎・肝疾患の利尿期には血清Mgは低下傾向を示すが,その中でも異常低値を示す場合には同時にKの低下を伴ない,実験的にもMg欠乏シロネズミでは血清Mgの低下と同時にKも減少し,アスパラギン酸K〓Mg塩投与で両者の増加を認めた ...
