IGFBP3 As a Potential Biomarker and Therapeutic Target in Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Multi‐Cohort Analysis

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that insulin‐like growth factor‐binding protein 3 (IGFBP3) exhibits a dual role in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), being significantly downregulated in tumor tissues compared to normal liver, yet its high expression within tumors is strongly associated with advanced disease and poor prognosis.

Analytical and Workflow Performance of a High‐Throughput Chemiluminescent Immunoassay System in a Clinical Laboratory

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.
Analytical and operational performance evaluation of the DxI 9000 Access Immunoassay Analyzer in a clinical laboratory in Taiwan. ABSTRACT Background Increasing test volumes and shorter turnaround time (TAT) requirements, particularly in acute‐care settings, challenge clinical laboratories to maintain accurate immunoassay testing.

A two‐stage model for precise identification and Gleason grading of clinically significant prostate cancer: a hybrid approach

open access: yesJournal of Medical Radiation Sciences, Volume 72, Issue 1, Page 93-105, March 2025.
This study developed a two‐stage model using radiomics‐based multiparametric MRI and clinical indicators to help identify and grade clinically significant prostate cancer. The model showed promising levels of diagnostic accuracy and predictive performance.
