Hibernation d'une population de Sesamia nonagrioides Lef.( Lep. Noctuidae ) en France meridionale

Sesamia nonagrioides Lef. is a mediterranean Noctuid species. Larvae are stem borers on corn, rice, sugar cane and wild Gramineae. Diapause was investigated in a population developing at the northern limit of the species’ range. Corn canes were stored outdoors and sampled twice a month from August 1978 to May 1979.
