Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

ABSTRACT Objective Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) is a rare, life‐threatening neurological emergency with unclear etiology in many cases. Mitochondrial dysfunction, often due to disease‐causing genetic variants, is increasingly recognized as a cause, with each gene producing distinct pathophysiological mechanisms.

Clustering Algorithm Reveals Dopamine‐Motor Mismatch in Cognitively Preserved Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective To explore the relationship between dopaminergic denervation and motor impairment in two de novo Parkinson's disease (PD) cohorts. Methods n = 249 PD patients from Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) and n = 84 from an external clinical cohort.

Masking trajectories of a dynamic system of stochastic processes with a given set of properties
The technique proposed in this paper makes it possible to mask the trajectory of a dynamic system with a stochastic process with given properties. The calculated relationships shown in this paper demonstrate the effectiveness of such camouflage in ...

Stunting and academic trajectory in urban settings of Burkina Faso
Background Impaired growth in childhood can lead to poor cognitive development and low school performance. However, literature on the effects of stunting on school trajectory is very limited. The primary objective of this research was to estimate the age at which children start school according to levels of height-for-age z-score (stunting).
