Review Article: Graph Colouring and Applications

open access: yes
In this article, we present fundamental concept of graph theory and its application in real life. Section 1 deals with the basic definitions and literature review. In Section 2, we describe the algebraic properties of graph. The last section is dedicated

From Set Theory to the Axiomatization of Set Theory

open access: yesHighlights in Science, Engineering and Technology
Axiomatic set theory was created by German mathematician Zermelo as a strategy for addressing and resolving paradoxes in the field of mathematical study. By adopting this strategy, the axiomatic technique will be applied to set theory. The person argues that Cantor's failure to impose restrictions on the idea of a set is the cause of the dilemma.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

PAK1 activation drives divergent resistance mechanisms to aromatase inhibition and tamoxifen in a luminal: A breast cancer model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Characterization of Bipolar Fuzzy SBG-Ideals in Sheffer Stroke BG-Algebras

open access: yes
In this paper, we systematically develop the theory of bipolar-valued fuzzy sets in the setting of Sheffer stroke BG-algebras (SBG-algebras) by introducing and characterizing bipolar fuzzy SBG-subalgebras and SBG-ideals.

In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.
