This study shows that patients with gastrointestinal adenocarcinomas can be stratified into six distinct subtypes based on genome‐scale DNA methylation profiling. This stratification, achieved using a robust analytical framework, aligns with established tumor characteristics and holds potential to support prognostication.

Dynamic effect of high speed railway traffic loads on the ballast track settlement [PDF]
The traditional ballast track structures are still being used in high speed railways lines with success, however technical problems or performance features have led to non-ballast track solution in some cases.

Dinaciclib blocks CDK12 activity, leading to downregulation of BRCA1, and probably other proteins involved in homologous recombination, promoting nonhomologous end joining. In this scenario, the presence of ionising radiation triggers a p53‐dependent senescent response that yields increased radiosensitivity. Pan‐cyclin‐dependent‐kinase (CDK) inhibitors

EFFICACY AND TOLERABILITY OF LACOSAMIDE (VIMPAT) FOR TREATMENT OF EPILEPSY IN ADULTS (A REVIEW)
In spite of the significant progress achieved in epileptology, resistant forms of epilepsy comprise about 30 % of all cases of epilepsy. The articles reviews modern concepts and basic mechanisms of pharmacoresistance, as well as the ways to overcome them.

The mitosis‐related gene SKA1 was among 629 genes consistently dysregulated in OSCC across nine public gene expression datasets. In OSCC cell lines, SKA1 promoted proliferation and migration, enhanced radioresistance, and reduced radiation‐induced senescence.

Multi‐omics profiling reveals key factors involved in Ewing sarcoma metastasis
Using a mouse model that recapitulates the spread of tumor cells within the body, we have profiled paired tumors and metastasis samples using a multiomics approach combining different layers of biological information. We identified key genes that drive metastasis in Ewing sarcoma.

New Study Results the Secondary Settlement for Vertical Total Stress on Highway Construction built on Soft Ground in the Mekong Delta [PDF]
Today, to calculate secondary settlement for vertical total stress by the analytic formula, we often use the formula of Raymond and Wahls (1976) This formula does not reflect that the secondary settlement for vertical total stress depends on the magnitude of the vertical total stress which impact sinkage in soft soil, and changes with depth and ...

Targeted metabolomics reveals novel diagnostic biomarkers for colorectal cancer
This study employed targeted metabolomic profiling to identify 302 distinct metabolites present in platelet‐rich plasma (PRP), revealing aberrant metabolic profiles amongst individuals diagnosed with colorectal cancer (CRC). Compared to carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and cancer antigen 19‐9 (CA199), our metabolite panel showed improved sensitivity ...
