In a series of 251 asymptomatic attendees at a genitourinary medicine clinic, Mycoplasma genitalium was detected in 4.38% (11/251). Positivity was concentrated in those aged ≤ 30 years (7.14%; 10/140), supporting targeted screening, at least in younger clinic populations.

The 32‐item Major Life‐Changing Decision Profile was validated and applied to 111 Turkish‐speaking chronic urticaria patients. Overall, 79.3% reported at least one affected major life‐changing decision, most commonly in social (69.4%), physical (56.8%) and job/career (36.9%) domains.
