Quantitative Proteomics and CRISPR/Cas9 Editing Reveal UPR‐Mediated Control of Immunoglobulin Homeostasis in Hybridomas

BCR sequencing and subclone analysis correlated immunoglobulin (Ig) chain loss in dysfunctional hybridomas with disrupted monoclonal antibody homeostasis. Proteomics‐guided CRISPR/Cas9 editing revealed that the unfolded protein response (UPR) regulates aberrant Ig synthesis.

Nanosecond laser irradiation of the clinically approved dye indocyanine green (ICG) enables light‐guided nanoparticle transport within the vitreous humor. Inside the Microreactor: In Situ Real‐Time Observation of Vapor–Liquid–Solid Growth of Monolayer TMDCs

In situ observation of VLS growth in a confined microreactor reveals various growth modes of monolayer TMDCs, including abnormal ribbon growth and particle‐driven growth. The confined space and precursor balance influence droplet behavior and growth dynamics, offering new insights into the controlled synthesis of TMDCs via the VLS mechanism.

This study proposes a thermal superscatterer capable of manipulating thermal scattering signatures far exceeding the actual scale of objects.
