Journal of Aerosol Science, 1992Abstract In this paper “layer” model of a fibrous filter is presented and results of numerical calculation of filtration efficiency for electret filter are shown. They are compared with prediction obtained from the constant single cell efficiency concept. Effect of a filter structure on filtration efficiency is discussed.
