Shadow filters – new family of second-order filters
Electronics Letters, 2010 A new family of second-order filters is introduced. When an external voltage amplifier is added to a second-order filter cell (passive or active), the characteristic frequency of the resulting filter can then be modified by acting only on the value of the gain of this amplifier. All the properties of these new filters are examined.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.
