Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Pragmatic Graph Rewriting Modifications [PDF]
We present new pragmatic constructs for easing programming in visual graph rewriting programming languages. The first is a modification to the rewriting process for nodes the host graph, where nodes specified as 'Once Only' in the LHS of a rewrite match ...

Second Hyper Zagreb Spectral Radii of Graph Operations
Chemical graph theory is essential for deriving graph spectral radius, especially in quantum chemistry; a significant link exists between eigenvalues and this invariant of spectral graph theory.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Video SAR Target Tracking via Shadow-Guided Re-Association and Occlusion Recovery
Shadow-guided video synthetic aperture radar (video SAR) shadow target tracking has become a mainstream research direction in this field because it is unaffected by target reflection characteristics and motion velocity.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Tulgeity of Line, Middle and Total Graph of Wheel Graph Families [PDF]
Tulgeity r(G) is the maximum number of disjoint, point induced, non acyclic subgraphs contained in G. In this paper one finds the tulgeity of line, middle and total graph of wheel graph, Gear graph and Helm ...

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Shadow Teaching Scheme for Children with Autism and Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder in Regular Schools [PDF]
This study aimed to determine the place of shadow teaching in the education and training of children with special needs (CSN). The study reveals that shadow and regular teachers agree that shadow teaching helps improve the academic performance ...

Laplacian and signless-laplacian energies of closed shadow graphs
In 2005, I. Gutman and B. Zhou introduced the notion of Laplacian energy, which is defined as the sum of the differences between the Laplacian eigenvalues of the graph and the average degree of vertices in the graph.
