Induction motor eccentricity diagnosis using impedance spectrum and shaft voltage
The XIX International Conference on Electrical Machines - ICEM 2010, 2010The paper is devoted to experimental investigations of the induction motor rotor eccentricity problem by the use of displacement of the rotor centerline in the stator bore. The changes in the impedance spectrum and the shaft voltage have been analyzed.

2014 17th International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems (ICEMS), 2014The phenomenon of voltages and currents on motor and generator shafts has been known for the last 100 years [1, 2]. It affects motors, hydro generators and turbo generators. There has been an increase in occurrences and intensity of shaft current damages as machines became larger, particularly on high speed turbo generators.
