HUCMSC‐Apo‐mvs enhance peripheral nerve repair by modulating the inflammatory microenvironment (IME), primarily through coordinated actions on three functional cells. They recruit macrophages and promote their polarization from pro‐inflammatory M1 to anti‐inflammatory M2 phenotypes, increasing secretion of IL‐10 and VEGF.

Microbial Degradation Of Plastic: A Short Study
Plastic is also one of the keycauses of ecologicalcontamination. Accumulation of plastic pollutants in the environment becoming an ecological threat. The aim of this study is to isolate plastic degrading organism. Plastic is not broken down the plastic.

This study presents guanidinium‐ and indole‐functionalized polyphosphoesters as degradable, non‐viral gene delivery vectors. Through precise tuning of charge density and hydrophobicity, these polymers form stable polyplexes with low toxicity. Remarkably, minor structural changes yield up to 200‐fold differences in transfection efficiency, highlighting ...

Isolation Defines Identity: Functional Consequences of Extracellular Vesicle Purification Strategies
Four extracellular vesicle purification strategies are compared using ovarian‐cancer ascites and ES‐2 cell supernatants. A novel workflow links purification to function by combining particle‐normalized proteomics with matched cell‐free and cell‐based assays.

LogP / LogD shake-flask method v1
Lipophilicity is possibly the most important physicochemical parameter for any potential drug candidate. Lipophilicity measurements are valuable for understanding how drugs are dissolved in plasma and other aqueous biological fluids. Lipophilicity is typically accessed as the distribution of the tested compound between two solvents - typically non ...

Fast‐acting hydrogel seals bleeding wounds as the illustrated injectable, pH‐responsive network rapidly gels in situ to stop hemorrhage, adhere strongly to wet tissue, and release antibiotics in a controlled, pH‐dependent manner. The material withstands high pressures, shows excellent biocompatibility, and degrades safely, offering a versatile platform
