Coupling of geophone in the ocean bottom [PDF]
We can obtain the performance of the geophone in the sediment to know its coupling in the bottom sea. This paper is about the parameters of coupling in order to obtain the response of geophone through the frequency and the amplitude of the vibrations.

Targeting TNBC: core–shell polycationic polyurea dendrimers with inherent anticancer activity
Core–shell polycationic PURE dendrimers were tested in TNBC‐derived tumor models. Both formulations selectively targeted TNBC and effectively reduced tumor volume. PUREG4‐OEI48 suppressed tumor growth without detectable toxicity, whereas PUREG4‐OCEI24, despite showing efficacy, induced hepatic toxicity.

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

Eddy current damper for the labshare remote laboratory shake table rig [PDF]
The design and performance of an eddy current damper for the Labshare remotely operated "Shake Table" multi-storey building vibration rig is described. The damper comprises stationary E-cores on either side of a copper plate attached to each storey.

Shake-table tests of large-scale shear wall and infilled frame models [PDF]
Three different types of wall construction scale models were tested dynamically to ultimate failure by subjecting each of them to a sequence of simulated earthquakes of progressively increasing magnitudes on a 5 m×5 m shaking table in order to evaluate ...

Two-electron processes in multiple ionization under strong soft-x-ray radiation [PDF]
In a combined experimental and theoretical study we have investigated the ionization of atomic argon upon irradiation with intense soft-x-ray pulses of 105 eV photon energy from the free-electron laser FLASH. The measured ion yields show charge states up

Alcohol‐induced altered glycans in human tracheal epithelial cells promote bacterial adhesion
Alcohol induces altered glycans to promote bacteria adhesion. Heavy alcohol drinking is known to increase the risk of bacterial pneumonia. However, the link between alcohol levels and risk of infection remains underexplored. Recently, we found that alcohol induced α2‐6sialo mucin O‐glycans in human tracheobronchial epithelial cells, which mediated the ...
