CHANGES IN SODIUM REQUIREMENT OF THE SHEEP ASSOCIATED WITH CHANGES OF DIET [PDF]
Observations were made on 3 sheep while their rations were changed from dried grass cubes to fresh frozen grass, then to a dry diet of hay and meals and finally back to fresh frozen grass. In spite of the low sodium intake on the fresh grass, the sheep were neither losing nor gaining sodium up to the time the change to hay and meals was made.

The requirement of sheep for cobalt or for vitamin B12 [PDF]
1. Sheep confined topens and given a cobalt-deficient ration which supplied about 30μgCo/d required for maintenance of normal growth rate a Co supplement approaching 40 μg administered per os daily; for maintenance of what appeared, under the conditions of the experiments described, to be the maximum vitamin B12 status of a sheep, namely 3 ng vitamin ...

Development and evaluation of a model to predict sheep nutrient requirements and feed utilisation
A new feeding system for sheep, called MIPAF, was developed by integrating previously published equations with new ones to predict energy and protein requirements as well as feed utilization of sheep. Special emphasis was given to dairy sheep,
