Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

Resistance of Trapezoidal Sheeting in Fire
Abstract Cold‐formed steel trapezoidal sheeting has a significant decrease of its bending resistance in fire due to the small sheet thickness. The bending resistance is generally reached within 10 minutes of a fire. However, the failure in bending is followed by transitions from bending behaviour to a catenary action.

Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane
An in vitro protocol measures miRNA uptake into endosomes isolated from mammalian cell extracts, which are free of subcellular contaminants. Performed at 37 °C in the presence of ATP, it ensures the import of single‐stranded miRNA into the endosomal lumen.

The presence of biotin‐binding avidin proteins in fish and their biological significance are poorly characterized. We cataloged fish avidins and demonstrate that they are widely present and evolutionarily conserved. We created avd knockout zebrafish and show that zebavidin is dispensable for development and that resistance of avd knockout embryos in ...

We fabricated a complex transparent conductive electrode (TCE) based on Ga2O3 for AlGaN-based ultraviolet light-emitting diodes. The complex TCE consists of a 10 nm ITO, a 15 nm Ga2O3, a 7 nm Ag, and a 15 nm Ga2O3, forming a ITO/Ga2O3/Ag/Ga2O3 multilayer.

GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...

Silver Nanorods Layer Based on Polyvinyl Alcohol on Glass Substrates by Dip-Coating Method
This research reports the investigation of the performance of a thin layer based on silver nanorods using the dip-coating method. The synthesis was conducted by polyol method at an oil bath temperature of 140 °C.
