Reentry static stability characteristics of a (Model 471) .005479-scale 146-inch solid rocket booster tested in the NASA/MSFC 14 by 14 inch TWT (SA8F) [PDF]
A force test of a scale model of the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Booster was conducted in a trisonic wind tunnel. The model was tested with such protuberances as a camera capsule, electrical tunnel, attach rings, aft separation rockets, ET attachment ...

Doehl et al. discovered an adaptive neuroimmune mechanism that induces itch in tick‐exposed guinea pigs, enabling rapid tick removal. This itch‐induced tick removal (IITR) is mediated by an adaptive cellular immune response and is independent of IgG, IgE, or TRPV1.

This study introduces a novel metamaterial absorber integrating water as a lossy medium with patterned indium tin oxide (ITO) films to achieve simultaneous optical transparency and ultra‐wideband electromagnetic absorption over 0.52‐40 GHz. It effectively overcomes the limitations of conventional opaque and bulky shielding materials, offering a ...

Reaction Mechanism, Challenges, and Strategies of High‐Energy‐Density Sodium‐Ion Batteries
Focusing on high‐energy‐density sodium‐ion batteries, this review highlights the advantages offered by conversion‐type cathode materials. The currently studied cathode materials are systematically introduced. By analyzing sulfur, oxygen, and transition metal halides and other conversion‐type cathodes, the key challenges associated with these cathodes ...
