Optimized Pseudo Random Bit Generator in QCA Technology
Quantum Dot Cellular Automata (QCA) technology is one of the new technologies in the field of digital electronics. In this article, for the first time, some unique designs are presented in the most optimal possible state in the QCA technology.

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Phase-shift Fault Analysis of Grain v1 [PDF]
This paper deals with the phase-shift fault analysis of stream cipher Grain v1. We assume that the attacker is able to desynchronize the linear and nonlinear registers of the cipher during the keystream generation phase by either forcing one of the ...

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...

We consider a quantum circuit in which shift and rotation operations on qubits are performed by swap gates and controlled swap gates. These operations can be useful for quantum computers performing elementary arithmetic operations such as multiplication and a bit-wise comparison of qubits.

Shift-Register Synthesis (Modulo m) [PDF]
The paper presents an algorithm which finds for a given sequence \(S_0,S_1,\ldots,S_{n-1}\) of integers modulo \(m\) such a sequence \(a_0,a_1,\ldots,a_{k-1}\) \((a_0=1)\), with the smallest number \(k\), that \[ a_0S_j+a_1S_{j-1}+\cdots+a_kS_{j-k}=0\pmod m, \quad\text{for }j=k,\ldots,n-1.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

DESIGNING CONFIGURABLE SHIFT REGISTER WITH A LINEAR FEEDBACK
A method for designing a configurable shift register is considered, which allows setting its capacity in various operation modes. The suggested shift register with a linear feedback can be used as a cyclic shift register, a generator of M-sequences ...
