Controlling Film Formation in Inkjet‐printed MAPbBr3 Through Graphene Incorporation for Enhanced Photodetection

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This work highlights the impact of incorporating graphene nanoflakes into precursor inks of MAPbBr3 for inkjet‐printed optoelectronic device applications. A substantial modification of the crystallization dynamics is reported despite miniscule concentrations.

Superfluid Helium On-Orbit Transfer (SHOOT) operatons [PDF]

open access: yes
The in-flight tests and the operational sequences of the Superfluid Helium On-Orbit Transfer (SHOOT) experiment are outlined. These tests include the transfer of superfluid helium at a variety of rates, the transfer into cold and warm receivers, the ...

Multiscale Microscopy via Automation: Dual Magnification Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy Imaging by Frame Alternation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
An automation interface for environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) enables simultaneous, interlaced data sets via frame‐by‐frame parameter changes. Demonstrated on oscillatory hydrogen oxidation over cobalt (Co) foil, dual‐magnification imaging bridges mesoscopic to microscopic length scales, capturing alternating views of surface dynamics ...

Decoupling the Impact of Deep‐Trap and Band‐Tail States on PbS Quantum Dot Photodetectors via Alkylamine Engineering

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Band‐tail and deep trap states are effectively disentangled through the use of selective alkylamine additives. PA‐driven 2D ordering narrows band tails, while HA enhances halide passivation and Pb coordination to suppress deep traps. A comparative study of their CQD short‐wave infrared (SWIR) photodetectors further reveals whether band‐tail states or ...

Understanding Ionic Flow in Nanofluidic Blind‐Hole Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) Membranes for Osmotic Energy Generation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membranes have traditionally served as structural supports in osmotic energy systems. Here, blind‐hole AAO membranes are demonstrated as active ion‐selective platforms with tunable nanopore structures. By balancing membrane resistance, ion selectivity, and flux, enhanced performance is achieved, delivering a maximum power ...

Degradation of Blue MR‐TADF OLEDs: Host‐dependent Effects of mCBP and MADN Revealed by Fragmentation Profiling

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Degradation in blue MR‐TADF OLEDs originates from high triplet density caused by slow RISC. LDI‐TOF MS directly detects host‐ and emitter‐derived fragments, providing molecular insight into how triplet accumulation drives degradation in the emissive layer. ABSTRACT Blue organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) employing multi‐resonance thermally activated
