Line-to-Line Fault Analysis and Location in a VSC-Based Low-Voltage DC Distribution Network
A DC cable short-circuit fault is the most severe fault type that occurs in DC distribution networks, having a negative impact on transmission equipment and the stability of system operation. When a short-circuit fault occurs in a DC distribution network

Sulfosalicylic acid (SSA) is introduced as a bifunctional additive for Aqueous zinc‐ion batteries. SSA reconstructs the solvation structure of Zn2+ through the synergistic effects of its multiple functional groups, suppressing side reactions while selectively promoting Zn (002) deposition to prevent dendrite formation.

A W/NbOx/Pt memristor demonstrates the coexistence of volatile, non‐volatile, and threshold switching characteristics. Volatile switching serves as a reservoir computing layer, providing dynamic short‐term processing. Non‐volatile switching, stabilized through ISPVA, improves reliable long‐term readout. Threshold switching operates as a leaky integrate

A van der Waals optoelectronic synaptic device based on a ReS2/WSe2 heterostructure and oxygen‐treated h‐BN is presented, which enables both positive and negative PSCs through photocarrier polarity reversal. Bidirectional plasticity arises from gate‐tunable band bending and charge trapping‐induced quasi‐doping.

Fault location scheme of HVDC converter based on fault loop analysis
In order to solve the problem that multiple faults in the converter area will trigger the valve short-circuit protection action, and the fault location cannot be directly located according to the protection action result, a novel converter fault location

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

Advancing Fault Detection in Distribution Networks with a Real-Time Approach Using Robust RVFLN
In this paper, the fault type and location of high-impedance short-circuit faults, which are difficult to detect in distribution networks, are determined in real time using the Real-Time Digital Simulator (RTDS).

Anomalous Stiffening of a Conjugated Polymer During Electrochemical Oxidation
The electromechanical response of a thienothiophene‐based conjugated polymer with triethylene glycol side chains is investigated. Electrochemical nanoindentation and atomic force microscopy reveal a modest and reversible increase in elastic modulus at room temperature upon electrochemical oxidation.
