Unidimensional ACGAN Applied to Link Establishment Behaviors Recognition of a Short-Wave Radio Station. [PDF]

open access: yesSensors (Basel), 2020
It is difficult to obtain many labeled Link Establishment (LE) behavior signals sent by non-cooperative short-wave radio stations. We propose a novel unidimensional Auxiliary Classifier Generative Adversarial Network (ACGAN) to get more signals and then use unidimensional DenseNet to recognize LE behaviors.

Recognizing Automatic Link Establishment Behaviors of a Short-Wave Radio Station by an Improved Unidimensional DenseNet [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
It is difficult to recognize Automatic Link Establishment (ALE) behaviors of a short-wave radio station, if we do not acquire the radio station's communication protocol standard. A method is proposed to recognize different ALE behaviors by using an improved unidimensional DenseNet.

Clustered and Distributed Caching Methods for F-RAN-Based mmWave Communications

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2022
Fog-radio access networks (F-RANs) alleviate fronthaul delays for cellular networks as compared to their cloud counterparts. This allows them to be suitable solutions for networks that demand low propagation delays.

Simple simulation training system for short-wave radio station [PDF]

open access: yesAIP Conference Proceedings, 2018
The short-wave radio station is a most important transmission equipment of our signal corps, but in the actual teaching process, which exist the phenomenon of fewer equipment and more students, making the students’ short-wave radio operation and practice time is very limited.

New Chung-Li Ionosonde in Taiwan: System Description and Preliminary Results

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2022
In spite of being interrupted several times in its long history of operation since 1950, the routine observation of the ionosphere with various ionosondes installed at the Chung-Li ionosphere station in Taiwan has been achieved successively for more than

Recognizing Non-Collaborative Radio Station Communication Behaviors Using an Ameliorated LeNet

open access: yesSensors, 2020
This work improves a LeNet model algorithm based on a signal’s bispectral features to recognize the communication behaviors of a non-collaborative short-wave radio station.

A Comprehensive Survey on Millimeter Wave Communications for Fifth-Generation Wireless Networks: Feasibility and Challenges

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Fifth-generation (5G) cellular networks will almost certainly operate in the high-bandwidth, underutilized millimeter-wave (mmWave) frequency spectrum, which offers the potentiality of high-capacity wireless transmission of multi-gigabit-per-second (Gbps)
