ABSTRACT Maghemite (γ$\gamma$‐Fe2${\rm Fe}_2$O3${\rm O}_{3}$) is a promising non‐precious‐metal‐containing photocatalyst for water oxidation (OER). Despite being less studied than Hematite, it offers similar corrosion resistance and a favorable band structure, along with higher conductivity and the advantage of an adaptable spinel structure.

Although the tumor microenvironment is known to shape immunotherapy response, its key determinants remain elusive, underscoring the critical need for single‐cell resolution analytical frameworks. We present scResponse, an efficient algorithm to quantify single‐cell responses to immunotherapy. By capturing diverse cellular subtypes and states associated

Survey of plant short tandem DNA repeats
Theoretical and Applied Genetics, 1994Length variations in simple sequence tandem repeats are being given increased attention in plant genetics. Some short tandem repeats (STRs) from a few plant species, mainly those at the dinucleotide level, have been demonstrated to show polymorphisms and Mendelian inheritance.

Short Tandem Repeats and Genetic Variation
2010Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are widely distributed in the human genome and although most SNPs are the result of independent point-mutations, there are exceptions. When studying distances between SNPs, a periodic pattern in the distance between pairs of identical SNPs has been found to be heavily correlated with periodicity in short tandem ...

Profiling Short Tandem Repeats from Short Reads
2013Short tandem repeats (STRs), also known as microsatellites, have a wide range of applications, including medical genetics, forensics, and population genetics. High-throughput sequencing has the potential to profile large numbers of STRs, but cumbersome gapped alignment and STR-specific noise patterns hamper this task. We recently developed an algorithm,

The short tandem repeat locus D3S1359
Forensic Science International, 1998Short tandem repeats (STRs) are used by many laboratories throughout the world performing paternity testing or criminal casework. Nevertheless, many of the established STRs have obvious disadvantages such as low number of common alleles (e.g., hTPO, THO1) or alleles with frequencies of nearly 50% (e.g., hTPO, FES).

Microchip‐based forensic short tandem repeat genotyping
ELECTROPHORESIS, 2015Micro total analysis system (μTAS) or lab‐on‐a‐chip (LOC) technology has advanced over decades, and the high performance for chemical and biological analysis has been well demonstrated with advantages of low sample consumption, rapid analysis time, high‐throughput screening, and portability.
