High‐Efficiency Millimeter‐Wave Scalable Rectenna Array With Individual Impedance Control

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
This study proposes a millimeter‐wave scalable rectenna array with individual fundamental and second harmonic impedance control for high‐efficiency wireless power transfer. The array integrates rectifiers, patch antennas, and a DC combining network, ensuring effective impedance matching and optimal power conversion while maintaining independent control

Enhanced Stability and Efficiency in Ge–Pb‐Based Perovskite Solar Cells through PCCMAI‐Induced Ge Defect Passivation

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
Ge–Pb‐based perovskite solar cells: This study enhances Ge–Pb‐based perovskite solar cells by introducing pyridinium chlorochromate methylamine iodine to passivate Ge defects, improving crystallization and electron transfer. The treatment boosts power conversion efficiency from 16.85% to 20.14% and increases stability, maintaining 84% performance after

Growth and Properties of Sb‐Ge‐Se Thin Films: A Promising Material for Sustainable Photovoltaic Devices Development

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
Sb‐Ge‐Se thin films are grown by selenization of co‐evaporated Sb and Ge layers with energy band gaps from 1.41 to 1.83 eV. The coexistence of Sb2Se3 and GeSe2 is identified by GIXRD, FTIR, XPS, and Raman. First Sb‐Ge‐Se thin film solar cells are fabricated with 1.34% performance, probably limited by the CdS diffusion into the active layer and high ...
