Spacecraft ram glow and surface temperature [PDF]

Space shuttle glow intensity measurements show large differences when the data from different missions are compared. In particular, on the 41-G mission the space shuttle ram glow was observed to display an unusually low intensity.

Synergistic Se‐Doping and Accompanying S‐Vacancies Drive Lattice Distortion and p‐Band Modulation for Enhanced Sodium Storage in Sulfides

Se‐doping in sulfides facilitates the creation of S vacancies. The collaboration of Se‐doping and S vacancies not only induces lattice distortion to weaken the M─S bonds and lift the p‐band center for improved Na+ adsorption, but also increases the number of charge carriers for an improved electronic conductivity.

Kinsenoside Targets IDH1 to Restore Microglial Immune‐Metabolic Homeostasis for Alzheimer's Disease Therapy

Dysregulated TCA cycle contributes to Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathogenesis. Here, we show that microglial isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) is a critical driver. Elevated IDH1 disrupts citrate metabolism and mitochondrial function, exacerbating AD pathology.
