The 3.3‐teravoxel volume is reconstructed, registered to a reference atlas, and stored in hierarchical format to augment currently available atlases and improve resolution in the third dimension by an order of magnitude.

Microneedle Patch for In Situ Neutrophil Monitoring
An in situ chromogenic microneedle patch that achieves daily blood neutrophil monitoring without vascular invasion or laboratory apparatus is developed. The detection ability is well demonstrated in a chemotherapy‐induced neutropenic rat model and can be read out using a mobile phone application.

This study uncovers that CD38high monocytes discriminate sepsis and sterile inflammation and are associated with 28‐day mortality in bacterial sepsis. Targeting CD38 therapy reduces inflammatory response in monocytes and in sepsis mice model. Mechanistically, CD38‐HIF‐1α/glycolysis/MGO loop exacerbates sepsis‐induced immune dysregulation.
