Spatiotemporal Drug Delivery via a Neonatal Spinal Cord ECM Hydrogel for Biomimetic Microenvironment Remodeling After Spinal Cord Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A biomimetic hydrogel derived from neonatal spinal cord ECM (DNSCM) delivers LAMB2 protein and ISP peptide to remodel the inhibitory injury microenvironment. The system sustains drug release, upregulates pro‐regenerative LAMB2, downregulates inhibitory CSPG, and promotes axonal regeneration.

Remote Side-Channel Attack on AES [PDF]

open access: yes

Tailoring Li‐ion Storage and Transport in Two‐Dimensional Conjugated Metal‐Organic Frameworks via Precise Nitrogen Incorporation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Two nitrogen‐doped 2D conjugated metal‐organic frameworks (2D c‐MOFs, namely Cu‐Nx‐OHBA, x = 2 or 4) are synthesized, featuring precise nitrogen incorporation via rational ligand design. The Cu‐Nx‐OHBA 2D c‐MOFs are largely tailorable by varying skeletal nitrogen density, with respect to electrical conductivity, Li‐storage capacitance, and Li‐transport

Active Electromagnetic Side-Channel Analysis: Crossing Physical Security Boundaries through Impedance Variations

open access: yesTransactions on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems
Embedded devices that are physically unreachable or contained within tamperproof enclosures are often considered naturally resilient to physical side-channel attacks. We present an active EM side-channel attack technique that enables sidechannel attacks

Microfabricated Anisotropic Myobundles for the Scalable Production of Cardiac Tissue Grafts

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Controlling the anisotropy of cardiac tissue remains an outstanding challenge in the field of cardiac tissue engineering. Here, we introduce an approach to generate anisotropic cardiac myobundles using cell‐adhesive, synthetic, electrospun fibers and stem cell‐derived cardiac fibroblasts.

Side-channel attacks on SIKE

open access: yes
This thesis presents, firstly, an introduction to the current state of the art in isogeny-based cryptography, and secondly, a side-channel differential power analysis of SIKE—an isogeny-based key exchange algorithm—in semi-static mode. These attacks have

Software Side-Channel Analysis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Software side-channel attacks are able to recover confidential information by observing non-functional computation characteristics of program execution such as elapsed time, amount of allocated memory, or network packet size. The ability to automatically

Unlocking Exceptional Strengthening in Aluminum Alloys via Interstitial Cottrell Atmosphere Formation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Cyclic unloading‐aging‐reloading micro‐tensile tests under various aging durations and temperatures, combined with comprehensive microstructural characterization reveal that the yield point phenomenon in Aluminum‐Carbon (Al‐C) thin films originates from Cottrell atmosphere formation.

Side Channel Information Set Decoding

open access: yes, 2022
This paper presents an attack based on side-channel information and information set decoding on the Niederreiter cryptosystem and an evaluation of the practicality of the attack using a physical side channel. First, we describe a basic plaintext-recovery

Magnetic‐Field Control of Surface States in CoFe2O4 Thin Films for Nitrate Electroreduction to Ammonia

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Magnetic‐field‐assisted CVD of heterometallic single‐source precursors modulates thin‐film surface electronic structure and interfacial charge transfer. Field‐grown (Cobalt ferrite‐1T)CF‐1T films exhibit stabilized electronic states, lower kinetic barriers, and markedly enhanced nitrate‐to‐ammonia electrocatalysis versus (Cobalt ferrite‐0T) CF‐0T ...
