Composites of Shellac and Silver Nanowires as Flexible, Biobased, and Corrosion‐Resistant Transparent Conductive Electrodes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Shellac, a centuries‐old natural resin, is reimagined as a green material for flexible electronics. When combined with silver nanowires, shellac films deliver transparency, conductivity, and stability against humidity. These results position shellac as a sustainable alternative to synthetic polymers for transparent conductors in next‐generation ...

Control of Polarization and Polar Helicity in BiFeO3 by Epitaxial Strain and Interfacial Chemistry

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In BiFeO3 thin films, the interplay of interfacial chemistry, electrostatics, and epitaxial strain is engineered to stabilize homohelicity in polarization textures at the domain scale. The synergistic use of a Bi2O2‐terminated Aurivillius buffer layer and a highly anisotropic compressive epitaxial strain offers new routes to control the polar‐texture ...

Regulated Ion‐Diffusion Hydrogels for Subtle and Multimodal Temperature‐Strain Sensing in Wound Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A soft, dual‐channel hydrogel patch enables simultaneous detection of wound temperature and strain by integrating ion‐diffusion‐mediated thermoelectric and resistive sensing. The conformal design maintains stable performance during motion, capturing subtle inflammatory and mechanical changes for continuous wound monitoring.

Codes for Side-Channel Attacks and Protections [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
International audienceThis article revisits side-channel analysis from the standpoint of coding theory. On the one hand, the attacker is shown to apply an optimal decoding algorithm in order to recover the secret key from the analysis of the side-channel.

Optical Signature of Moiré Superlattices Formed by Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We discover optical signatures from bonded interfaces in twisted SrTiO3 moiré superlattices, including low‐frequency Raman vibrational modes and strong second‐harmonic generation, consistent with strong interlayer coupling inferred from cross‐sectional electron microscopy and ab initio calculations. ABSTRACT Moiré superlattices formed at the interfaces

Survey of side channel attack on encrypted network traffic

open access: yes网络与信息安全学报, 2021
By analyzing and extracting information such as packet size and timing leaked during Web application communication, side channel attack on encrypted network traffic is able to recognize users' identity and behavior and even restore the original data ...

Side channel attacks

open access: yes, 2009
It is very difficult in real-time breaking the cryptographic algorithms used at present. The Classical cryptoanalysis is based on finding weaknesses in the mathematical structure of the algorithm. Discovery of side channels caused a substantial change in

Monolithic Oxidation Enables Ultrathin Vertically Graded Tantalum Oxide for Low‐Voltage, Low‐Variability Memristive Switching

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Monolithic UV‐ozone oxidation of Ta forms an ultrathin Ta2O5/TaOx bilayer enabling resistive switching with a vertical defect gradient. A stoichiometric surface layer over an oxygen‐deficient sublayer promotes localized filament nucleation near the top interface, enabling low‐voltage operation, and reduced cycle‐to‐cycle variability.
