Graphene‐on‐Silicon Hybrid Field‐Effect Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 9, Issue 5, May 2023., 2023
Graphene‐on‐silicon field‐effect transistors (GoSFETs) represent a new technology for bioelectronics applications. GoSFETs are designed, fabricated, and demonstrate hybrid behavior with features specific to both graphene and silicon. A comprehensive physics‐based compact model is implemented to explain the device hybrid behavior, which is found to be ...

VR device with high resolution, high luminance, and low power consumption using 1.50‐in. organic light‐emitting diode display

open access: yesJournal of the Society for Information Display, Volume 32, Issue 8, Page 580-591, August 2024.
We fabricated a 1.50‐in., 3207‐ppi OLED microdisplay with an oxide semiconductor LSI/silicon LSI backplane and a novel pancake lens. Patterning an OLED layer by lithography allows fabrication of an ideal display having low power consumption, an ultra‐high aperture ratio, and a wide color gamut.
